It’s been another summer for the hysterical books! From tiny villages in Finland and Hungary, to the vineyards in Austria, to the the downtownbounces of London and Berlin, it’s been an honour to play our little hearts out for the amazing folks who packed into the festival tents, theaters, barns and railway stations to hear us this summer at 35 shows across 10 countries!
Video above is from our Saturday night set at the Kaustinen Folk Festival, shot by our dear pal Esko Järvelä on our trusty iPhone! The mountains you see at the beginning of the clip are from my homeland in northern BC, as I was flying out at the very beginning of the summer to embark upon this madcap ride.
And we’re not done yet! Hitting the road again next week to play at the MIM festival in Phoenix, alongside the likes of Victor Wooten and Andrew Bird, then flying to Dublin where we’re honoured to be headlining at the Unitas Festival of Lights! From there I’ll be heading back to Sweden where I’ll be doing a series of workshops/concerts/masterclasses in their various Hogwarts-like music schools the “Folkhögskolas”! FULL STEAM AHEAD <3
